Ukrainian Armed Forces have reportedly eliminated a Russian reconnaissance drone in the Kherson region, according to the Southern Defense Forces.
According to the Southern Defense Forces, on September 30, in the Kherson region, using the capabilities of the air defense of the Southern Air Command, they destroyed the Russian reconnaissance UAV Merlin-VR.
Yesterday we reported that a Russian drone was "landed" in the Sumy region.
The situation in the Kherson region
After the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the right bank of the Kherson region, Russian forces have been daily shelling the region, including Kherson. They use heavy weaponry, aviation, and drones for their attacks.
On September 30, Russian occupiers shelled a gymnasium in Kherson. Due to the Russian attack, the buildings of the senior and primary schools were damaged.
