Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy 515 Russian invaders and 46 equipment units on Tavria front

Over the past day, February 21, Ukrainian troops eliminated another 515 Russian invaders in the Tavria direction and destroyed 46 units of enemy equipment, according to the Tavria Defense Forces.
During the day, the enemy:
- carried out 37 air strikes;
- conducted 42 combat engagements;
- made 1270 artillery attacks.
Avdiivka direction
Ukrainian troops repelled 19 enemy attacks near Stepove, Lastochkino, Severne, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske.
Maryinka direction
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 14 enemy attacks in the areas of Heorhiivka, Pobeda, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.
Novopavlivka direction
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled an enemy attack south of Zolota Nyva.
Zaporizhzhia direction
The military repelled 8 enemy attacks west of Verbove and near Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Achievements of Ukrainian soldiers
The Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 515 Russians and destroyed 46 pieces of equipment, including:
- 4 tanks;
- 14 armored personnel carriers;
- 6 artillery systems;
- 1 MLRS;
- 1 ATGM;
- 20 vehicles.
"The Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 5 enemy ammunition depots. 328 UAVs of various types were neutralized or destroyed," the press service writes.
Russia's losses in war against Ukraine
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, over the past day, February 21, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated another 1060 Russian occupants. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost 407,240 troops.
