Ukrainian soldiers are relentlessly carrying out offensive operations in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine, undeterred by the relentless rainy and snowy weather conditions, according to the report of ISW.

Meanwhile, due to bad weather conditions, there has been a significant decrease in the Russian shelling of the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.

During a meeting on November 20 with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the importance of enhancing Ukraine's capabilities ahead of the winter conflict.

ISW experts report that Russian and Ukrainian troops face challenges in controlling drones, including for artillery fire adjustments, due to harsh weather conditions across the front line.

The ISW predicts that the wintry weather conditions could bring a resurgence of active hostilities, and continuous rainy conditions are unlikely to impede Ukrainian and Russian offensives.
