Russian night Shaheds attack on Ukraine
On the evening of December 26 and on the night of December 27, Russian invaders launched air strikes against Ukraine using Shaheds. Thus, on Tuesday, late in the evening, the enemy hit Kherson with them and also launched kamikaze drones in the direction of Starokostiantyniv and Odesa.
Explosions were heard in Odesa that night, and the Defense Forces South reported air defense systems were operating against Russian targets.
Later in the night, the Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that the movement of Shahed groups had been spotted in many regions, mostly in the left-bank part of the country. Residents of the regions where the alert was announced were urged to take shelter.
Earlier, the Russians also attacked Ukraine with Shahed attack drones. The invaders launched 19 drones, and then the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 13 Shaheds within Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
