Shelling of Ukraine by Russia
Russia systematically carries out shelling of the territory of Ukraine, using a wide arsenal of weapons – from missiles and drones to artillery and aviation. Attacks occur both in frontline zones and in cities deep in the rear. Often, the strikes have a complex nature: different types of weapons are used simultaneously, which complicates the work of air defense and rescuers.
Civilian infrastructure often comes under attack, creating an additional threat for civilians.
The enemy also launches drones every night. For example, on the night of May 1, Russian terrorists launched 170 drones and five Iskander-M ballistic missiles against Ukraine.
