Ukraine will introduce even more digital services in 2026. Citizens will be able to interact with the government quickly, transparently, and online, without visiting government offices or handling paperwork, reports Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Fedorov said that on November 15, during a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, he discussed the digitalization of public services and the development of projects prioritized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

"Diia already has more than 23 million users. Next year, we are preparing even more digital services so that every Ukrainian can interact with the government quickly, conveniently, and transparently," the minister assured.

According to Fedorov, work is underway to optimize the operation of Administrative Services Centers. The updated State Statistics Service was also recently launched, providing the government and citizens with access to high-quality statistics.

"Anti-corruption projects that are important for the state are also in progress: e-Excise, e-Notariat, e-Court, and the digitalization of the gambling industry. The first results of these reforms will appear next year," the minister promised.

Telecom services have become a separate area of development. Efforts are underway to strengthen the resilience of mobile networks, and a pilot project for 5G and Direct to Cell is also being prepared, which will improve the quality of mobile communication and internet services.

In the digital economy, Diia.City continues to develop. Residents have already paid around 55 billion hryvnias ($1.31 billion) in taxes through the platform. Work is also ongoing in the education sector through the Mriya ("Dream") application. Since the start of the school year, more than 2,500 schools have joined the system, and work is being done to integrate AI-based functionality and introduce gamification elements into the learning process.

Notably, Diia now offers nearly 200 services, 33 documents, and many additional services that were previously unavailable online.
