The Sasta machine tool plant in Russia's Ryazan region was hit. The facility is important to Russia's military-industrial complex. A Yandex data center is also located near the site, according to OSINT channels.
The Sasta plant specializes in the production of CNC metalworking machines, including 5-axis machining centers, turning and milling complexes, and heavy-duty machines.
The company's equipment is used in Russia's defense, aerospace, transportation, and heavy industries. The plant itself says it is included in the consolidated register of organizations in Russia's defense-industrial complex.
The facility's importance lies not in the production of finished weapons, but in providing a manufacturing base — its machines are necessary for producing high-precision metal parts and assemblies.
Previously, Sasta supplied specialized machines to enterprises of the Tactical Missiles Corporation and Roscosmos. The company is also subject to international sanctions.

OSINT sources add that the facility's territory is also home to the Yandex DC Sasovo data center — a large data center with a stated power capacity of up to 12 MW and infrastructure for housing tens of thousands of servers.
"The same site as Sasta is also home to a significant Yandex server infrastructure facility," one of the OSINT outlets reported, also publishing a satellite image of the facilities.
A large-scale fire is burning at the site.
So far, local authorities in Russia's Ryazan region have not officially confirmed the attack.
Earlier, Ryazan was hit by a massive drone attack. As a result of the strikes, large fires broke out at two facilities.
These were a sorting complex operated by Wildberries and a local oil refinery.
