Ukraine's Special Forces destroy powerful Russian radar in Crimea

The Special Operations Forces (SOF) destroyed the Russian radar Skala-M. The fighters struck on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Telegram channel of the SOF reports.
On the night of August 9 to 10, units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an enemy stationary tracking radar system TRLK-10 Skala-M in the settlement of Abrykosivka in Crimea.
TRLK-10 Skala-M is a Soviet-Russian tracking radar system that includes both primary and secondary air target detection capabilities.
The radar is designed to control air traffic in the sky, specifically on routes and in approach zones, making it an important component of the air traffic control system. The radar's range is up to 350 km.
The Special Operations Forces noted that the destruction of the radar will significantly weaken the use of aviation that the Russian troops use to shell civilians.
Strikes on Crimea
Earlier, Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR) officers destroyed Russian radar stations in domes, a landing craft, and an air defense base on Mount Ai-Petri in Crimea with drones. Footage of the combat operation was recorded on video.
