Ukrainian intelligence has detected an escalation of enemy activity since the beginning of November. This includes informational-psychological operations and special operations, states the representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov.

He recalled that a series of Psychological operations (PSYOP) had been executed by the enemy for years. The Russians attempted to demoralize Ukrainian society, create divisions, and strip away the motivation to resist. This began back in 2014 and persisted during the invasion of occupiers into Ukrainian territory.

"We've noticed a literal surge in various activities since the beginning of November, which are interlinked. These aren't solely informational campaigns; they are directly associated with active measures, various terrorist actions, enemy special operations, all interwoven into a common canvas. Almost every day, we witness manifestations of these things," emphasized Yusov.

Russian disinformation

Recently, Russian propagandists have increasingly disseminated disinformation related to the war against Ukraine.

Specifically, there were false claims suggesting that Ukraine had started sending conscription notices using the Diia application. This information turned out to be inaccurate.

Additionally, propagandists circulated videos on social media purporting to show a statement from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy about the cancellation of martial law in 10 regions—which turned out to be fake.
