Ukraine's Air Force destroys over 850 Russian targets in a week

Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed over 850 enemy targets. Aviation and drone units carried out dozens of airstrikes on Russian positions, informs the Ukrainian Air Force.
From March 10 to March 16, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continued their active fight against air threats and successfully destroyed more than 850 enemy targets. These included:
- 1 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile;
- 515 Shahed attack drones;
- 170 reconnaissance UAVs;
- 172 drones of other types.
Additionally, the Air Force conducted over 160 aircraft sorties, of which about 40 were aimed at enemy fire damage, and more than 80 were for airspace defense. Ukrainian pilots carried out dozens of airstrikes on Russian positions, destroying command points, logistical facilities, and troop concentrations.
Furthermore, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) units carried out 440 combat sorties, including:
- 327 reconnaissance missions;
- 113 attacks with FPV drones and munition drops.
As a result of these strikes, approximately 80 Russian soldiers were eliminated, and 19 enemy shelters and positions were destroyed. Ukrainian defenders continue to reduce the enemy's combat potential and maintain control over airspace.
Enemy's losses
Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 17 areas where enemy personnel, equipment, and weapons were concentrated, as well as a command point, an air defense system, and an artillery installation.
From March 15 to March 16, Russian losses at the frontline amounted to 1,400 soldiers. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed 78 artillery systems, 180 operational-tactical level UAVs, and 113 vehicles.
