Sofiia Tkachuk from Rivne, Ukraine, has been crowned Miss Ukraine Universe 2025. The winner was selected through a jury vote, and she will now represent Ukraine at the global Miss Universe competition, which will take place in November 2025 in Thailand.

Despite the country's difficult situation, the contest organizers again decided not to hold a large-scale national selection. The winner's name was determined via online voting and personal interviews.
Five finalists competed for the crown, but the jury unanimously selected 25-year-old Sofiia Tkachuk.
"Jury recognized her as a charismatic, communicative individual with strong foreign language skills and intercultural experience—qualities that strengthen the diplomatic mission of the contest," the official post said.

What is known about Sofiia Tkachuk
Sofiia knows well what it means to live between cultures. When she was four years old, her family moved abroad.
Since then, she has grown up in a different environment but never forgotten who she truly is.
"When I was four years old, my family moved abroad. I grew up among different languages and cultures, but I always felt that my roots are in Ukraine, and my soul is Ukrainian," commented Miss Ukraine Universe.
Sofiia holds a bachelor's degree from EAE Business School in Barcelona. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience in business and international projects.
In particular, she worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Today, she is an entrepreneur who studies macroeconomics and investments. Most importantly, she aims to change public perception of beauty pageants.
For Sofiia, this is not just about outfits or appearance but depth.
She wants to add a humanitarian dimension to Miss Ukraine Universe and inspire others to unlock their full potential.
In 2024, the Miss Ukraine Universe crown was held by Alina Ponomarenko from Odesa.
She represented Ukraine on the international stage but could not reach the top twenty finalists at the global competition.
