Ukraine has already explained to all partners why it needs sufficient strike capability. Now Kyiv is waiting for appropriate decisions, states Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“Each such Russian strike, each manifestation of Russian terror, as today against Kharkiv, against our Sumy region, against our Donetsk region, proves that the range must be sufficient,” the President emphasized.

He emphasized that after Ukraine had explained to its partners why it needed sufficient long-range capacity, Kyiv was waiting for their reaction.

“We expect appropriate decisions, first of all, from the United States of America, Britain, France, Germany, Italy - all those who can help save lives with their determination,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

Today, the Russian troops attacked a residential building in Kharkiv. As a result, more than 40 people have already been injured. Among them is a one-year-old child.

During an interview with CNN today, Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine has not yet received permission from the United States to conduct long-range strikes against Russia.
However, it has become known that Zelenskyy will discuss with US President Joe Biden the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range missiles. This should happen this month.
