Ukraine faces tough months ahead: Top official reveals cause
Russia is currently launching a powerful campaign to discredit the Ukrainian leadership. It will focus on the election during the war and will last for three to four months, according to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
"As for assistance from dictatorial regimes, it definitely won't help them (the Russians - Ed.)," said Danilov, responding to a question about Russia's arms supply from Iran and North Korea.
At the same time, he noted that Ukraine would face difficult months ahead.
"For the next three to four months, we will face very challenging times because Russia is currently launching a powerful campaign to discredit our leadership. They are starting to claim that they hold elections during wartime, while we do not. But we are ready for any challenges," added the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
