Ukraine denies Russia's claim of capturing 2 villages in Sumy region

Claims by Russian propagandists regarding the alleged capture of the settlements of Velykyi Prykil and Sadky in the Sumy region are untrue. These villages are under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to the Kursk group of troops.
"New claims by Russian propagandists about the capture of Velykyi Prykil and Sadky in the Sumy region are untrue. Both settlements remain under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces," the group emphasizes.
In reality, Russia managed only a few isolated assaults, which ended right where they began.
"In just one week, the Russians claim they have liberated five settlements in the Sumy region. If these reports are to be believed, Russia would have long since exhausted the list of villages in the Sumy region. But the Russians keep finding more to so-called liberate over and over again," the Ukrainian military notes.

Recently, the Ukrainian Defense Forces mocked the Russians so-called liberation of a village in the Sumy region in a circular fashion.
Russian claims about the alleged capture of the village of Pysarivka in the Sumy region are false. The settlement remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, and fighting in the area continues.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense also claimed to have occupied the settlement of Novokostiantynivka (Pershe Travnia) in the Sumy region. However, Ukrainian defenders refuted yet another fabrication by the enemy.
