Two buses carrying soldiers collide in Russia: Casualties reported
In the Voronezh region, two buses carrying Russian soldiers collided head-on. Five people were killed, and nearly fifty were injured, the ASTRA Telegram channel reports.
"A bus with wounded Russian soldiers crashed into a Ural truck with other soldiers in the Voronezh region. Five soldiers died, and 46 were injured," the statement says.
According to the Telegram channel, the accident occurred on December 13, around 11:00 p.m., on the "Voronezh - Luhansk" highway in the Voronezh region. The Ural truck with Russian soldiers collided head-on with a bus that was carrying other Russian troops.
"The bus was transporting soldiers who had been wounded in the war with Ukraine. As a result of the accident, both drivers died; there are one injured soldier from the bus, and two soldiers from the Ural truck. Another 46 Russian soldiers were injured," Astra added.
Earlier, Russian soldiers provoked a traffic accident near the village of Krynychky in the Zaporizhzhia region. Due to the crash, civilians were killed.
Furthermore, near Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region, three vehicles with Russians collided. A fire broke out as a result of the collision with a fuel tanker.
