President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Türkiye for talks concerning the war with Russia. The outcomes of the dialogue may be communicated to Moscow, Bloomberg reports.

An unnamed source told the outlet that Zelenskyy wants to take advantage of increased pressure on Russia from the United States to revive diplomacy aimed at ending the war.

According to Bloomberg’s sources, tomorrow, October 19, the Ukrainian head of state will visit Türkiye, where he will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and US presidential special envoy Steve Witkoff.

One of the journalists’ sources claims that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan may personally contact Russian officials and convey the outcomes of the discussions if there is a "positive outcome," including a potential prisoner exchange.
