Trump states that Putin did not demand to stop aid to Ukraine

Yesterday, March 18, a phone conversation took place between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which the topic of ending the war in Ukraine was discussed. However, the American president denies that Putin demanded the cessation of aid to Ukraine during these talks, according to an interview with Fox News.
During the conversation, the host reminded about the initial reports from the Kremlin following the Trump-Putin call. Russian media outlets claimed that during the phone call, the Russian dictator demanded halting aid to Ukraine, stating that it was a condition for a complete ceasefire. However, Donald Trump stated that this topic was never discussed.
"We didn't talk about aid, we didn't talk about aid at all. We talked about a lot things but aid was never discussed," Trump said.
He also mentioned that their conversation was great and lasted almost 2 hours.
