Trump says Zelenskyy must show flexibility in talks with Putin

In his statement, US President Donald Trump emphasized that he expects more flexibility from Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the Ukraine-Russia leader talks.
“I hope President Putin is going to be good. If he is not, it's going to be a rough situation. I hope President Zelenskyy will do what he has to do and show some flexibility also,” said Trump.
Zelenskyy-Putin negotiations
Earlier, talks took place at the White House involving US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and several European leaders who arrived to support Kyiv.
Following this, the American president stated that he had agreed on preparations for a future meeting involving Zelenskyy and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
Trump expects that negotiations between Zelenskyy and Putin could take place later this month; however, there is currently no official information about the date or location.
According to Reuters, the meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Kremlin leader could take place in Hungary.
