Trump's crypto adviser Bo Hines suddenly annnounces departure

The Head of the US Council of Advisers on Digital Assets and the Chief cryptocurrency adviser to US President Donald Trump, Bo Hines, suddenly announced his resignation, Reuters reports.
Hines' departure comes against the backdrop of the Trump administration's recent announcement of a "golden age" for cryptocurrencies in the United States. The crypto working group, headed by Hines, publicly outlined the administration's position on crypto assets at the end of July.
Hines urged the US Securities and Exchange Commission to create new rules for the cryptocurrency market. It is unknown whether his demand was the reason for his resignation. Hines himself stated that he plans to return to the private sector.
"Serving in President Trump's administration and working alongside our brilliant AI & Crypto Czar @DavidSacks as Executive Director of the White House Crypto Council has been the honor of a lifetime," Trump's crypto adviser commented on his resignation on social media.
In early March, US President Donald Trump instructed his subordinates to work on forming a cryptocurrency reserve. This reserve is expected to include cryptocurrencies XRP, SOL, and ADA.
On July 18, Donald Trump signed a cryptocurrency regulation law, the GENIUS Act. One of the main supporters of this law was Hines.
Judging by all indications, it was at his initiative that on July 31, the Trump administration called on the US government to urgently integrate cryptocurrency into the American economy.
