Trump revokes secret service protection for Biden’s children

President Donald Trump has revoked secret service protection for the children of former President Joe Biden, stating that they will no longer have such privileges, Reuters reports.
In particular, Trump has canceled secret service protection for Joe Biden's children, Hunter and Ashley Biden.
He made this announcement in a post on Truth Social, noting that Hunter Biden had been under protection for an extended period, funded by US taxpayers.
"Hunter Biden has had Secret Service protection for an extended period of time, all paid for by the United States Taxpayer," Trump wrote.
He also stated that effective immediately Hunter will no longer receive protection, and Ashley Biden, who has 13 secret service agents, will be removed from the protection list.
This announcement came hours after a reporter asked Trump about the details regarding Hunter Biden's protection. The President responded that he was previously unaware of this but would review the situation.
In the early days of his presidency, Trump revoked several orders and laws enacted during Biden's tenure. For instance, he imposed a 75-day delay on the TikTok ban in the US, as stipulated by a law passed during Biden's term.
Furthermore, Trump revoked Joe Biden's access to classified information. Referring to the report, Trump stated that the ex-president has memory problems and cannot be trusted with confidential information.
