US President Donald Trump disclosed that in 2025, his income from his family's cryptocurrency projects exceeded $1.4 billion. This means that most of his income came from digital assets, Reuters reported.

According to documents Trump submitted to the US Office of Government Ethics, in 2025, he received more than $500 million from World Liberty Financial. This is a cryptocurrency venture co-founded by Trump himself and his sons.

The head of the White House also reported receiving another $635 million from the sale of his Trump meme coins.

In addition, the president declared income of more than $80 million from deals with various media companies, as well as millions of dollars from his company's licensing agreements allowing foreign developers to use his name.

Reuters notes that these data offer a new look at the scale of the US president's profits from his family's investments in cryptocurrencies.

Earlier, the media outlet wrote that, according to its calculations, the Trump family had earned at least $2.3 billion in profits since Trump's return to the post of US president.

What else is known

In early 2026, media reports already said that the Trump family's total wealth was about $6.8 billion, of which roughly $1.4 billion came from cryptocurrency projects.

Several months ago, media outlets also wrote that traders on financial markets were making excess profits by placing bets minutes before Trump's key statements.

Media reports indicated that spikes in trading volumes were occurring even before the news appeared in the media or on social networks, which looked suspicious.
