President-elect Donald Trump plans to sign a "record-setting" number of executive orders during his first week in office. His priorities will also include immigration and the fires in Los Angeles, according to his interview with NBC News.

Trump stated that the theme of his inaugural speech will focus on "unity and strength, and also the word ‘fairness.'"

He emphasized that he plans to sign a "record-setting" number of executive orders. When asked whether it would be more than a hundred orders, the leader replied, "Well, at least in that category."

The 47th President of the United States also plans to visit Los Angeles, where he will survey the damage caused by the wildfires. According to Trump, the deportation of illegal immigrants will be a priority for him.

"It’ll begin very early, very quickly. I can’t say which cities because things are evolving. And I don’t think we want to say what city. You’ll see it firsthand. We have to get the criminals out of our country," said the politician.

Regarding the potential ban of TikTok in the US, he suggested postponing it for 90 days and added that he would announce his decision on Monday, January 20.

"I think that would be, certainly, an option that we look at. The 90-day extension is something that will be most likely done, because it’s appropriate. You know, it’s appropriate. We have to look at it carefully," Trump stated.

Trump's inauguration

On January 20, the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, will take place. The ceremony will be held in the Capitol Rotunda due to adverse weather conditions. This will be the first time since 1985 that a US presidential inauguration will take place indoors.

Trump has already arrived in Washington and visited his golf club, where a celebration with fireworks was held.

Earlier, information emerged that Trump plans to issue at least a hundred executive orders in his first days in office. More details about what these orders will entail can be found in RBC-Ukraine's article.
