US President Donald Trump has urged companies to move to the United States. He promises zero tariffs and immediate connection to the power grid, according to the American leader on Truth Social.

According to him, now is a "great time" for companies to move to the US, "like Apple and many others are doing in record numbers."

"Zero tariffs, and almost immediate electrical/energy hook-ups, and approvals. No environmental delays. Don’t wait, do it now!" he added.

It is worth noting that the main manufacturing facilities of Apple, for example, are located in China, where components for its devices are produced.

iPhone assembly also takes place in India, and the company’s accessories are made in Vietnam.

In the US, Apple only manufactures a portion of its products – at Foxconn factories in Texas and its own facilities in California, but large-scale production is not carried out there.

Apple may move to the US

Earlier, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that, according to US President Donald Trump, iPhone production could be moved to the US.

After the US imposed additional tariffs on imports from over 180 countries, the cost of an iPhone could increase by 30-40%.
