US President Donald Trump harshly criticized the Democrats for a new impeachment initiative. On his Truth Social page, Trump called his political opponents losers and lunatics, as well as described their actions as absurd.

Trump stated that the Democrats have "really gone out of control," "lost everything, especially their minds."

"These radical left lunatics are once again getting themselves involved in 'impeachment.' They already have two 'nameless,' little-respected congressmen, both total psychos, who are bringing up 'impeachment' against Donald Trump for the 20th time, even though they have no idea what I could possibly be impeached for," wrote the US President.

Trump also accused the Democrats of supposed mistakes - the crisis at the border with Mexico, inflation, the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, Russia's war against Ukraine, and the HAMAS attack on Israel, which, according to Trump, happened "only because he (Biden - ed.) allowed Iran to reclaim great wealth."

Trump noted that Republicans should start thinking about expelling Democratic Party members from Congress. He also recalled his first term, when Democrats already resorted to similar attempts and promised that this time Republicans won’t let them "get away with it."

"They are complete losers who hate our country and everything it stands for. Maybe we should start playing this game with them and kick the Democrats out for the numerous crimes they've committed - and these are real crimes," stated the American leader.

Attempt to impeach Trump

In April, Democrat Congressman Al Green announced that he would submit a resolution to impeach US President Donald Trump. He sharply criticized Trump and said he does not deserve to hold the office of President.

By the end of April, Michigan Congressman Shri Thanedar reported that he had introduced an impeachment resolution against Trump. Thanedar specified that he submitted seven articles of impeachment, accusing Trump of a series of serious violations.

Western media reported that Trump's inner circle is taking the new impeachment initiatives seriously.
