  • improves mood - stimulates the production of serotonin and dopamine
  • antioxidant effect - polyphenols contained in cocoa protect cells from oxidative stress and slow down the aging process
  • improves brain function - flavonoids improve blood circulation in the brain, which has a positive effect on memory, concentration, and cognitive function
  • helps to normalize sugar levels - natural cocoa helps to improve insulin sensitivity and reduces the risk of developing type II diabetes

  • 35 g of dietary fiber
