The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has confirmed that the sole legally proven director of Olimpex Coupe International LLC is bankruptcy manager Oleksii Sokol, according to Madison Pacific Trust Limited, representing the American lender Argentem Creek Partners (ACP) interests.

Madison Pacific Trust Limited sent a complaint to the Ministry of Justice after the "black registrars" changed the director of Olimpex Coupe International for the new one, linked to Serhii Groza and Volodymyr Naumenko (the former owners of GNT Group).

This action was carried out despite the Court’s prohibition to change the director of Olimpex Coupe International.

Madison Pacific Trust Limited applied to the ministry with the complaint to the registration action carried out on May 28 by the state registrar of the Petrovirivska village of the Berezivskyi district of the Odesa region E.Tkachenko, which resulted in the change of the director of Olimpex Coupe International LLC.

Responding to the complaint of Madison Pacific Trust Limited, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine satisfied it and canceled the registration action dated May 28, 2024, which was carried out by the state registrar E.Tkachenko, and switched the “black registrar” off the registry.

On June 10, the Minister of Justice decided to cancel the registration activity of Buska state registrar N. Datskiv, who referred to the non-existing court decision on the protection of the registry actions for Olimpex Coupe International LLC and Metalsukraine Corp LTD which blocked the registry and legalized O. Diatlev as the director of Olimpex Coupe International LLC.

The registrar Datskiv filed a complaint to the Ministry of Justice, explaining that her e-key to the registry` was stolen and manipulations with the registry were carried out by an unknown, using her key.

Previously, it was reported that most of Olimpex Coupe International LLC's assets were transferred to companies connected or influenced by former GNT owners Serhii Groza and Volodymyr Naumenko.

Olimpex Coupe International LLC has also been part of the investigation by the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine for its significant participation in smuggling schemes for the export of grain, potentially performed in the interests of the “smuggling king of Ukraine” Vadym Alperin.
