The delegations of Ukraine and Russia will meet in Ankara in the coming days. The topic of the talks will be a truce in the Black Sea, according to CNN Turk.

Ceasefire talks
As part of the next round of talks in Saudi Arabia, a US delegation met with Russian representatives on March 24. The day before, talks were held with Ukraine.
In particular, Kyiv and Washington held technical consultations and discussed the security of energy infrastructure and navigation in the Black Sea.
For its part, Russia put forward several conditions after the talks. In particular, one of the conditions was the connection of Russian banks to the SWIFT system.
It is important that the truce agreement between Russia and Ukraine in the Black Sea concerns civilian shipping and ports. But it does not apply to Russian warships.
Romania and Bulgaria are concerned about possible changes in the Black Sea due to the US-Russia talks. They fear that this will expand Moscow's influence in the region.
