Strike on command post in Lgov: Ukrainian forces report enemy losses, mostly staff officers
Yesterday, December 25, as a result of a strike on the command post of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces in Lgov, 18 Russian soldiers could have died. Most of them were staff officers, according to the Strategic Communications of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU StratCom).
According to the updated information, as a result of the strike, the building housing the 810th Separate Marine Brigade was partially destroyed.
AFU StratCom added that during the attack, the deputy commander of the brigade and 17 other servicemen, most of whom were staff officers, were likely killed.
Strike on the command post in Lgov
The strike on the command post of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade was carried out in the early hours of December 25. The enemy located the affected command post in an abandoned civilian building in the village of Lgov.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, noted that the enemy suffered losses among its officer corps.
Meanwhile, Acting Governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinstein, reported four deaths as a result of the strike, while local Telegram channels spoke of “severe consequences.”
