Smartphone with tank-like endurance: Over 2 months battery life and 200 MP camera
The company Unihertz, renowned for its compact Jelly smartphones, has announced its new rugged phone, the Tank 3, with its main highlight being an impressive 23,800 mAh battery capacity, according to website Gizmochina.
The battery powers the impressive parameters of the Unihertz Tank 3 smartphone: 1800 hours in standby mode, 118 hours of talk time, 98 hours of music playback, 48 hours of video viewing, and 38 hours of gaming.
With support for 120W charging, the phone can charge from 0 to 90 percent in just 90 minutes. Additionally, it features reverse charging capabilities to power other devices.
The device is equipped with a 6.79-inch display with a resolution of 2460×1080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera system includes a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP wide-angle module, a 64MP night vision sensor, and a 50MP front camera.

The Unihertz Tank 3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chip, with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of built-in storage. Storage can be expanded via MicroSD cards up to 2TB. The device runs on Android 13.
The smartphone is dust and water-resistant with an IP68 rating and offers additional features, including a 40-meter laser rangefinder, infrared sensor, bright LED flashlight, customizable side buttons, fingerprint sensor, and 5G support.

Connectivity options include dual SIM cards, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, and NFC. The device measures 179x86x31 millimeters and weighs 666 grams.
The Unihertz Tank 3 is priced at $500 and is already available for sale in China.
