You can achieve toned and healthy facial skin without Botox injections. A simple exercise can help work the muscles and even change the shape of your face, according to Ukrainian cosmetologist Olha Pozdniakova.

What exercise is good for face

You can do this exercise anywhere and anytime to relax your chewing muscles.

The main thing is to make sure your hands are clean.

First, you need to slightly open your mouth and make circular motions over the area of the chewing muscles. The expert noted that these muscles are painful, but it is essential to work on them.

Movements can be made from top to bottom and bottom to top.

According to the specialist, you can do the exercise daily, even several times a day, for example, when washing your face or cleansing your skin.

Olha Pozdniakova explained that women often spend huge amounts of money chasing youth. However, after such beauty injections, the face can sometimes become asymmetrical, brows may droop over the eyes, fillers can migrate, allergies can occur, and constant swelling may develop.

Additionally, Botox injections can sometimes lead to dependency.

Therefore, the safest method to get rid of wrinkles, according to the cosmetologist, is facial taping and massage.
