When to do CT and MRI
According to the doctor, it is necessary to consult medical specialists if you constantly experience headaches.
"Do not immediately think you have a tumor. Do not panic, as many other diseases come with headaches. But if you have a persistent and unrelenting headache that nothing helps, or it becomes intrusive, bursting, then it's better to do CT and MRI," explained the doctor.
Signs of a brain tumor
According to Pinchuk, one should not ignore the following symptoms:
- constant headache
- dizziness
- loss of consciousness (repeated)
- nausea, vomiting
- change in behavior (disorientation in time and space, aggression)
- change in speech
- paralysis or weakness in the arm or leg, or both
- double vision
- weight loss.
If a person notices any of these signs, it should not be ignored. It is essential to consult a doctor and seek advice. Self-medication can be very dangerous.
