Famous Ukrainian designer Andre Tan has revealed which headwear pieces will become the main trends of the fall-winter 2025-2026 season.
According to the stylist, autumn and winter are the seasons when practicality meets elegance, and classic style blends with trendy eye-catching details.
Berets are making a comeback
The first item on the designer's list is the beret. Andre Tan notes that it is once again at the peak of popularity.
"Soft, felt, or wool. They have a very gentle and feminine look. They go perfectly with a coat or a trench," explained Andre Tan.
The stylist recommends paying attention to dark red or beige shades. According to him, these colors create that signature Parisian charm.
"Add red lipstick and that's it, you're a queen," jokes Tan.

Chunky hats for comfort and style
In second place are chunky knit hats. These are models with a wide fold or an asymmetrical cut.
"Such hats add a cozy touch to the outfit and look great with an oversized coat," said the designer.
As for colors, Andre Tan advises keeping things minimalist. Trending shades include gray, beige, cream, and khaki. These models easily fit into a basic wardrobe and go well with most outerwear.

Newsboy cap: A trendy statement piece
Another stylish option is the newsboy cap, which, according to the designer, is also making a return. Models made of leather or dense tweed will be especially relevant.
"The newsboy cap adds a playful and slightly rebellious vibe to the outfit. It's a great choice for those who want a fashionable yet not overly formal look," emphasizes Andre Tan.

Hat as a symbol of elegance
The fashion list is rounded out with wide-brimmed felt hats. According to the designer, this accessory can transform even the simplest coat.
"With such headwear, even an ordinary look feels luxurious. It's pure magic," admits Tan.

Andre Tan encourages fashion lovers not to be afraid of experimenting and stresses that a headpiece can become the final touch of any outfit.
"Don't be afraid to experiment, because the headwear can be that cherry on top of your autumn look," concluded the designer.
Thus, this season, fashion lovers have a wide selection, including romantic berets, stylish newsboy caps, cozy knit hats, and elegant wide-brimmed hats.
The main thing, according to Andre Tan, is not to be afraid to show individuality and make your headwear not just a functional piece but the key to your style.
