Shelling of Pokrovsk in Donetsk region: Child injured
Russian occupiers launched missile strikes on Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region on Sunday evening, December 31. As a result of the shelling, a child was wounded, according to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
"On New Year's Eve, the enemy fired seven rockets at the city. According to preliminary information, these were Tornado-S missiles," he announced.
As a result of the shelling, a 9-year-old girl was injured.
He stated that at least 16 private houses, three infrastructure objects, an office building, and three cars were damaged due to the shelling. A gas pipeline was also damaged.
Rescue teams, police, representatives of local authorities, and communal services are on-site documenting the circumstances of the crime and eliminating its consequences.

The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that a 9-year-old girl suffered blast injuries. She has been hospitalized with suspected concussion. In addition, a 70-year-old woman also sustained injuries.

Russian forces launched drones and missiles into Ukrainian territory on December 30, with explosions heard in several eastern, northern, and central regions.
Yesterday evening, the Russian army attacked the central part of Kharkiv. Among the targets were the Kharkiv Palace Hotel and a residential building. Reports indicate 26 casualties.
