Shelling of Kharkiv: Military Administration reveals footage of aftermath of strikes
As a result of today's strikes by the Russian Federation on Kharkiv, 11 people were injured. Law enforcement agencies have initiated an investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war, according to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
Shelling details
At around 01:50 p.m., Russian forces conducted airstrikes on Kharkiv. In the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city, a hit near the entrance of a cafe was recorded. Damage was inflicted on cars, residential buildings, a car wash, and shops.

"Ten individuals, including five men and five women, suffered injuries and acute stress reactions. Among them is a 55-year-old trolleybus driver who was near the explosion's epicenter. The man is in critical condition; both of his legs have been amputated," the prosecutor's office reported.
Meanwhile, in the Kholodnohirskyi district, due to enemy airstrikes, buildings of a civilian enterprise, which was not operational during the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, were destroyed. A 42-year-old woman working near the site of the enemy strike experienced an acute stress reaction.
Investigation initiated
According to preliminary data, the enemy struck the city with two unified inter-species planning munitions of 30 cm caliber.
Prosecutors and police investigators are working at the scenes of the latest war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian Armed Forces. Pre-trial investigations have been initiated into violations of laws and customs of war.

Russian forces have intensified their strikes on Kharkiv, bombarding the city with rockets, drones, and aerial bombs.
Today, during the day, the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov reported shelling of the regional center with guided aerial bombs.
