In some areas of the city, power outages have been reported, according to local Telegram channels.
"There are fluctuations in voltage in the city. Voroshilovskiy and Kuibyshevskyi districts are partially without electricity," local channels report.
The channels also report a fire at a substation in Makiivka, Donetsk region. The aerial distance between the cities is 12.6 km.
