Shahed drone attack: Strike occurred near Lviv, resulting in one injury
Due to an enemy airstrike last night, June 19, a hit was recorded in the village of Malekhiv in the Lviv district, resulting in one person being injured, according to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi.
Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi reported on his Telegram channel about the aftermath of a kamikaze drone attack by the enemy, which was spotted on the outskirts of the regional center and targeted by air defense.
Subsequently, information emerged about a drone strike in the Lviv community, which he later confirmed.
"Hit in Malekhiv, Lviv community. A 70-year-old male security guard was injured," Sadovyi said.
He clarified that the injured man's condition is considered moderate. Medics hospitalized the injured man in an ambulance.

Last night, Russian forces again attacked Ukrainian territory with Shahed-type strike drones. Air raid alerts were declared in various regions of Ukraine.
Earlier, it was reported that one of the enemy kamikaze drones was shot down by air defense forces in the Kryvyi Rih district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Additionally, air defense was reported to be active near Lviv due to a Shahed drone spotted on the outskirts of the city. At 3:36 AM, the head of Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyy, announced the all-clear, and Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi noted, "It was loud!"
