Series of explosions heard in Odesa amid Russian drone attack

On the night of June 4, explosions were heard in Odesa as Russian forces launched a drone attack on the city, according to Suspilne News, the Ukrainian Air Force’s official channel, and the Dumska channel.
"Explosions were heard in Odesa, according to Suspilne correspondents," read a message posted at 12:58 AM Kyiv time.
Before the explosions, the military had warned that drones were flying toward Odesa. Soon after, residents were urged to take shelter, and loud blasts followed in the city.
Over the next 20 minutes, the channel Dumska reported that explosions continued and Russian drones were still entering from the Black Sea. Air defense systems were actively operating in the city.
Local channels reported several more explosions at 1:55 AM Kyiv time. However, as of this moment, the air raid alert in the Odesa region has been lifted. The situation is currently calm.

As of 1:24 AM Kyiv time, the air raid map showed alerts still active in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and parts of Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Strikes of Odesa
Russian forces regularly attack Odesa with drones, and sometimes even launch missiles at the city. Last night was no exception.
In the morning, Odesa mayor Hennadii Trukhanov reported that as a result of the UAV attack, residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and vehicles were damaged.
Later, the State Emergency Service (SES) added that four people were injured in the strike. Rescuers also wrote:
"Fires broke out at various locations. The largest one occurred at warehouse facilities storing food products. Additionally, in the private sector, two cars were destroyed by fire, and garages and houses were damaged," emergency officials reported.
