Last Saturday, September 27, American singer and actress Selena Gomez and music producer Benny Blanco got married. On their special day, Selena showcased three luxurious wedding looks by Ralph Lauren, each highlighting her elegance, femininity, and impeccable style.
Wedding dress for photoshoot
For the photoshoot, the singer chose a classic dress with a high halter neckline, made of double-sided silk satin, featuring an open back and a long train.
The dress's neckline was adorned with layered handmade lace, adding refined depth to the look.
In one of the photos, the bride poses in the garden with the long train spread across the grass.
This Selena Gomez look was completed with a miniature bouquet of white lilies of the valley. It was a delicate attribute to the restrained yet luxurious outfit.
Dress for ceremony
At the official ceremony, the singer appeared in an elegant silk lace dress with a halter neckline again. She complemented the look with a long veil, Hollywood-style hair, and soft makeup.
The highlight of this dress was 300 hand-cut lace flowers and a hand-painted corset, which made the gown a true work of art.
Insiders say that the corset featured embroidered initials of Selena and Benny, as well as the wedding date.
Dress for first dance
The third look was a midi dress with a heart-shaped neckline, in which Selena and Benny Blanco took to the dance floor for their first dance.
The dress features an airy, elegant silhouette formed by hand pleats and stitched panels. The skirt is made of a large amount of lightweight fabric that flows beautifully with movement.
The look is inspired by the Old Hollywood style of the 1950s, such as soft waves in the hair. Dancing barefoot gives a relaxed and romantic vibe.
