The Security Service of Ukraine conducted training exercises to practice actions in the event of a breakthrough of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups across the border in the northern direction, according to the SSU post on Telegram.
During the training in Rivne region, SSU staged a secret penetration of one subversive reconnaissance group into the city where a nuclear power plant is located, while the second enemy subversive reconnaissance group took the son of one of the heads of the power plant hostage and demanded that it be completely stopped.
Using psychological pressure and threats, the saboteurs demanded that the hostage persuade his father to cooperate with Russia.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers, in particular, soldiers of the Special Operations Center A, neutralized the simulated enemy groups and released the "victims".
Units of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, the State Emergency Service, and the National Guard participated in the operation.
Subversive group in Chernihiv region
A few days ago, it was reported that a Russian subversive reconnaissance group had infiltrated the territory of Ukraine. The enemy was in the Chernihiv region.
The occupiers shot at a civilian car - a man born in 1961 was killed. He was a school bus driver.
The incident occurred a little more than 500 meters from the border with Russia.
