In the US, the son of Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, 31-year-old Patrick, got married. He tied the knot with his long-time partner, model Abby Champion.
Patrick Schwarzenegger had a private wedding
The celebration took place on Saturday at an elite golf club in Idaho, on the shore of a picturesque lake.
According to Western media, renting this venue for a three-day celebration starts at $20,000.
The groom appeared in a light cream tuxedo jacket paired with classic black trousers, while the bride wore an elegant off-shoulder gown with a long veil.

The bridesmaids chose soft yellow dresses, and the groomsmen wore black tuxedos.
Close family attended: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, Patrick's sister Katherine with her husband, actor Chris Pratt ("Guardians of the Galaxy").

Also among the guests were Rob Lowe, Jason Isaacs, and Patrick's half-brother Joseph Baena, Arnold's son from his housekeeper, Mildred Baena.

The couple arrived in Idaho ahead of time to enjoy some lakeside relaxation before the ceremony.
The pair had been dating for eight years and announced their engagement in December 2023.
However, the wedding had to be postponed due to Patrick's filming of the third season of "The White Lotus" in Thailand.
In interviews, the actor admitted that the proposal coincided with the news about his role.
"A few days after I proposed, I told Abby We'll have to wait a bit. Seven months of filming ahead and only then the wedding," Patrick said.

Despite the delay, the bride supported her partner's decision. As Patrick noted, she remained "so happy" throughout the entire preparation period.
Back in the fall of 2024, Patrick told GQ magazine about preparing for the wedding.
"As I've learned, the role is just to make sure that she's happy, just whatever she wants to do," the actor said.
Although he sometimes expressed his opinion, Patrick emphasized that most of the decisions were made by the bride, and he was there to support her.
"I'm just there to support her and make it so that she has the best day that she wants. That's really my job," said the son of the former California Governor.
