Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, stated that the decisive military support to Ukraine today is the most important message to the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, according to NTV.

"He should know that his assumptions that we will not be able to support Ukraine for as long as necessary are wrong. This means he should not count on the election of a US president who will immediately bury Ukraine with him," he added.

The Chancellor's message to Putin is clear and urgent: A situation is emerging where a 'fair, not dictated peace' is within reach. However, to achieve this, Putin had to take the first step and withdraw his troops./

Germany's assistance

Germany is one of the leaders among countries providing assistance to our troops. In particular, Berlin has offered several types of artillery, Leopard tanks of older and newer modifications, IRIS-T and Patriot air defense systems, ammunition, vehicles, drones, and other types of weaponry.

Germany will announce a new military assistance package to Ukraine on March 19.
