Satellite captures aftermath of strike on chemical plant in Tver region

A satellite image has appeared online showing the aftermath of a strike on the Redkinsky chemical plant in Russia's Tver region, according to Radio Svoboda.
According to the satellite photograph, the main strike hit the workshop located next to the LLC "ISK" MISKOM enterprise, which produces plastic lubricants, including for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

What is known about the attack
On the night of February 7, unknown drones attacked the Tver region. After the strikes, a fire broke out at one of the enterprises.
According to reports from local residents on social media, at around 02:50 Kyiv time, explosions were heard in Tver and the surrounding region. Shortly after, footage of the blaze appeared online, and users claimed that the Redkinsky experimental chemical plant had been targeted.
As noted, the enterprise produces specialized chemical components, including fuel additives, technical chemicals, and special reagents. The plant’s products have been used in Russian military and dual-use programs.
A little later, acting governor of the Tver region Vitaly Korolyov confirmed the attack and the fire at one of the region’s enterprises, but did not specify which plant was involved.

It was also previously reported that on February 6, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that several important Russian facilities were hit, including the Akhmat drone control base and a logistics hub.
