Ingredients for salmon pasta

  • 350g pasta
  • 250g salmon
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 250g heavy cream
  • 50g cheese
  • 25g butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100-150g spinach
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Spices, to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Bring water to a boil, add salt and pasta, and cook until al dente according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat a pan with oil. Cut the salmon into small cubes and sauté in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a bowl.
3. Rinse the tomatoes and, if necessary, the spinach. Peel and crush the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the pan with spinach and butter. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the salmon, garlic, spices, and warm heavy cream.
4. Grate the cheese finely, add half of it to the pan. Stir the almost-cooked pasta. Add the drained pasta to the ingredients in the pan and cook for a few more minutes over medium heat.
5. Divide the pasta onto plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
