Russians strike Donetsk region overnight, hitting house with rocket
Russian terrorists attacked Selydove and Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region overnight. There are casualties as a result of the shelling, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Selydove
At around 9:30 p.m. on March 16, Russians struck a multi-story residential building with an aviation bomb UMPB-D30SM. As a result of the strike, a 70-year-old woman was injured. She was hospitalized.
Also damaged were:
- 8 multi-story residential buildings;
- an educational institution;
- two administrative buildings;
- a power transmission line.
"The water pumping station was shut down, leaving over 12,000 subscribers without water," the Ministry of Internal Affairs writes.
Myrnohrad
Around 1:30 a.m., terrorists attacked Myrnohrad with three rockets. The type of rockets is currently being determined. An 86-year-old woman was injured.
"Eight multi-story residential buildings, three administrative buildings, two shops, two trade pavilions, a communal enterprise, and civilian vehicles were damaged," the ministry adds.

Attack on Ukraine on the night of March 17th
During the night of March 17th, Russian terrorists once again launched a massive attack on Ukrainian territory. The enemy employed:
- 5 guided missiles С-300 in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions;
- 2 guided missiles Kh-59 in the Chernihiv region;
- 16 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed type, launched from the Crimean Cape Chauda.
To repel the attack, the following units were involved:
- anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and Ground Forces;
- mobile fire groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In total, 14 Shaheds were destroyed within the Odesa region.
