Explosions were reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Local residents have mentioned a strike, according to the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

"There have been strikes in the Dniprovsk community. The enemy targeted an infrastructure facility," stated the Head of the Regional State Administration.

According to Lysak, there are no reported casualties at this time.

Russian occupiers recently launched another aerial attack on Ukrainian territory. On the evening of November 2, explosions were reported in Kharkiv and Kropyvnytskyi. During the night of November 3, the enemy conducted an attack on Kharkiv using approximately 10 Shahed type drones.

As warned by the Chief of the Joint Press Center of the Southern Ukraine Defense Forces, Natalia Humeniuk, changes in weather conditions will impact Russia's attacks. With the onset of cold weather, terrorists are likely to resort to more extensive assaults.
