Russian invaders attacked two towns in the Kharkiv region. Two people were wounded as a result of the shelling, reports the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Thus, on January 6, at about 10:00, Russians fired mortars at the city of Vovchansk. A local citizen sustained a mine-blast injury.

The shelling also damaged residential buildings and the territory of an enterprise.

In addition, at about 00:30 today, Russian troops shelled the city of Kupiansk with multiple rocket launchers. A school building and residential buildings were damaged.

A civilian was injured as a result of Russian shelling.

In addition, during the night, the occupiers continued shelling the city, damaging private households, outbuildings, a 5-story residential building, and a kindergarten.

Attack of the Shaheds on January 5

On January 5, the Russian occupiers attacked the territory of Ukraine with two waves of Shaheds in the evening and morning. The Air Force reported that the Russians had launched 29 drones, and air defense forces shot down 21 of them.

In Cherkasy region, a power line was damaged by falling debris, and in Mykolaiv region, a drone hit a factory. In Kherson region, drones attacked a module town.
