Russian terrorists shelled a district near one of the markets in Kherson. No one was injured in the attack, according to Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration.

As Mrochko noted, the enemy had struck at around 3:00 PM from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region.

"They hit near one of the markets. Preliminarily, we have information about two wounded. The information is being clarified," writes the head of the Military Administration.

"Without casualties"

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the Russians struck near a supermarket in the Dnipro district of the city. He claims that there were no casualties as a result of the shelling.

"The Russian army is shelling the city with all types of weapons. So if you hear the sounds of explosions, even without an air raid warning, go to the shelters or lie on the ground," Prokudin added.

Later, Mrochko also confirmed the information about the absence of casualties.

"Witnesses explain this only by the fact that the working day had ended, and there were almost no shoppers left. Only a few sellers and shop owners remained near their shops," the head of the Military Administration stated.

Situation in the Kherson region

After the liberation of the right bank of the Kherson region, a part of the region is under constant shelling by the occupiers. Russians are attacking the civilian population with heavy weaponry, artillery, and aviation.

Over the past day, the Russians carried out 117 shelling attacks on the region's territory. The enemy fired from mortars, artillery, Grad multiple rocket launchers, tanks, anti-tank guided missiles, aviation, and drones.
