At midnight on Thursday, November 30, the Russian army attacked the village of Darнivka in the Kherson region. A kindergarten and hospital were hit, with four people injured, according to the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

"Enemy attack damaged a dozen residential buildings, a kindergarten, and a hospital. Four local residents were affected in their own homes," the report said.

A 59-year-old man and a 75-year-old woman were quickly hospitalized.

"Their condition is assessed by doctors as of moderate severity. Two more women, aged 75 and 66, received medical assistance on the spot. They refused hospitalization," the administration added.

Shelling of Kherson and the region

Russian forces continuously shell Kherson and the region. The situation with attacks from the occupiers on the right bank is so serious that it is under the control of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. For instance, on November 19, four adults and a child were injured as a result of shelling in Kherson. On November 18, a volunteer in Kherson was wounded due to shelling.

In addition, besides the right bank, Russian forces have started shelling the left bank of the Kherson region. According to the Administration, they are attempting to stop Ukrainian forces after their consolidation in several strongholds in the occupied territory of the region.
