Russians drop explosives from drone on women in Beryslav
Russian forces carried out an airstrike on Beryslav in the Kherson region, dropping explosives from a drone on locals. As a result of this attack, two women were injured, citing the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA).
The report states that the Russian attack took place this morning, on November 13.
"Due to the explosives dropped from the enemy drone, two local residents were injured," the RMA said.
The administration further specified that a 61-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to her arm, and lost a finger.
"A 43-year-old victim suffered an explosive injury, head trauma, and forearm wounds," the RMA informed.
The injured have been hospitalized and are receiving medical care.
Russian strikes on Kherson region
After the right bank of the Kherson region was liberated by the Ukrainian Defense Forces, parts of the region have remained under constant bombardment by Russian forces. The enemy attacks civilians using heavy weaponry, artillery, and aviation, and frequently employs drones to drop explosives.
This is not the first time local residents in Beryslav have suffered from such attacks. For example, Russian forces previously dropped explosives from a drone on a nurse in this city.
Additionally, last spring, Russian occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian who was out on the street.
Before that, in the winter, occupiers in Beryslav dropped explosives from a drone directly onto a motorcyclist, resulting in his death.
