Russians complain about explosions in Volgograd: Drones likely attack local refinery

On the night of March 15, unidentified drones attacked Volgograd. According to preliminary information, the local oil refinery was targeted, among other sites, and a fire has been reported, according to Russian Telegram channels.
According to the ASTRA channel, after the drone attack, a fire broke out near the Sarepta railway station. The local oil refinery, located about 2 kilometers from the station, may have been the target of the attack. Footage of the explosion and fire has also appeared online. Some claim that reeds are burning, while others say it’s grass on fire. All of this reportedly happened due to the debris from the drone crash.
According to the Russians, they heard around ten explosions in one of the districts of Volgograd and in the village of Kotluban. Moreover, the explosions are reportedly still ongoing. Meanwhile, the carpet plan has been activated at the city airport.
Last night, unidentified drones attacked an oil refinery in Tuapse, Krasnodar region. According to the head of the Central Dispatch Center, Andriy Kovalenko, this refinery plays a significant role for Russia in fuel supply logistics.
